It's a great self-serve tool. Very intuitive and cutting edge. There's a lot of self-learning as well that the bot does in terms of word recognition which is also really nice. The way ADA sets up their relationships with their customers and customer success team is also very nice.

It have a very nice interface and good number of options which will make it Interesting to use
