Simple, user friendly, good customer support

The service itself is just a great concept, far better than benefits I've received at previous companies. I can find the things I need easily enough, and when I have had queries their customer support have been friendly and helpful.

The UX design is really nice, meaning that the interface is really straight forward and quite intuitive to use. The process is always straight forwars regarding reimbursements. The only things I would change is the recommendadtions - they're not the best, and where the card is approved. I like the idea of a virtual card, but most places don't accept it.
