I like the design of it which makes it is easy to see how much funds I have available on my account or how much I've spent. I also like that fact that I dont have to have a plastic card to use it but I can just pay via Apple Pay so I am using it quite often. **What do you dislike about Ben?** Until now I was really missing a Ben phone app which has just been introduced and it is great. **What problems is Ben solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ben is a great platform because I can use this benefit for nearly any kind of expense that I desire, so unlike other benefit providers I am not really limited in terms of what services/goods I can spend the funds on. ### 5. The process is always straight forwars regarding reimbursements. The only things I would change is the recommendadtions - they're not the best, and where the card is approved. The process from a user side seems quite quick and straight forward. It benefits me because there's no hassle. It also reminds me to use my expenses if I haven't. ### 6. The additional discouts it gives you access to is a big plus. **What do you dislike about Ben?** I have tried using Apple Pay before and it has failed. The only other downside is the ambiguity around what can be classed as a health and wellbeing benefit; and as a manager of a team of six, it can create quite a lot of questions from people. **What problems is Ben solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving the problem of how can we as a business support staff in a meaningful way during the cost of living crisis. Staff morale has definitely increased since implementing it and feedback has been very positive. ### 7. I can find the things I need easily enough, and when I have had queries their customer support have been friendly and helpful. **What do you dislike about Ben?** There has been an issue accessing company-issued rewards, which to my knowledge is yet to be resolved, but as mentioned customer service were helpful and able to provide a short-term solution to this. **What problems is Ben solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flexible allowance towards whatever benefits my health and wellbeing. If I'm running low on cash before payday, and feel the need to treat myself, I know I have that option. Being able to add the cards on GPay is great for beauty treatments etc. ### 8.
