The website is easy to navigate; and it is great that you can choose to either pay via the ThanksBen pre-paid card, or submit an expense (especially if you're wanting only a partial-claim). The additional discounts it gives you access to is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have tried using Apple Pay before and it has failed. The only other downside is the ambiguity around what can be classed as a health and wellbeing benefit; and as a manager of a team of six, it can create quite a lot of questions from people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
