Text Request makes it easy to message between other employees and customers. The groups feature is great to quickly send group messages to necessary contacts.

A great experience

Very easy to use. I love the convienent compose message as well as the ability to update contacts while I'm texting them on the desktop app, instead of going into a separate tab.
