I use TaxCloud for filing nexus for my website. I find that TaxCloud keeps track of each state's requirements and does the filings for them, which is really helpful. I like that the cost is very reasonable for smaller businesses. The setup for TaxCloud was very easy, and they have a great onboarding system.

I really appreciate how easy it is to access TaxCloud's customer service, with real Americans handling phone calls and emails. Their support is quick to respond, giving me the assurance that my account is managed directly by a qualified person. I also found their onboarding software very easy to navigate. Plus, they set up a live video chat with me within a day of me requesting info, which was impressive.

Pricing is much more affordable than our previous provider (Avalara), and the overage policy on their subscription tiers is significantly more "friendly." The support team is US based and integration was straightforward with their WooCommerce plugin. TaxCloud's SST filing capabilities are great for us as we are active in all 50 states.
