Tango - Lease Admin/Acctg Solution fits our needs

|Tango
Easy to navigate UI, users have minimum number of clicks to navigate. Reporting is quick, easy and plentiful. Accounting schedules have allowed us to reduce headcount. Workflow functionality throughout the product is smooth and efficient. Support team is great to work with and attentive to our needs. We looked at 12 products in this space and landed on Tango as the best fit for our needs (and wants).

Tango has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of our lease review and maintenance

- The ASC 842 lease accounting schedules are easy to complete and update - The reporting makes review, reconciliations, and preparing disclosures a straight forward process - The ability to generate accounting entries is very straightforward and it integrates nicely with our GL system - The system, in general, is very intuitive, which helps with onboarding. - We have been able to work with the service department to create reports for our finance team, so they are able to get forward looking data on their own, which we used to manually have to provide - Full service hosting allows for us to have business owners also own the system, which makes issue resolution more efficient
