Creating trainings has been pretty simple and they have been helpful for our team. I also like how easy it is to embed the trainings on our SharePoint and help desk.

Easy to use, gmail plugin was quick and the easy step by step tutorials were easy on Mac and probably the same on Windows. Uploading and sharing the content in the shared users profile was good. Easy implementation and was installed within a few minutes and working. Frequency of the use will be every week so definitely will be utilizing the product and its features every week going forward. I used this to create content for a specific area within the company's platform that we hope to provide users the ability to follow and navigate themselves as a way to train themselves without requesting assistance or emailing or calling into support dept.

Tango has reimagined the way for me in how I approach the creation of SOPs. It is intuitive and I didn't need to watch a tutorial to figure out how to use it.In one click of the button it's starts capturing and documenting all the actions on the screen. Later those can be reviewed, edited or deleted.
