I have used tango for creating several processes. It captures every click, making it very simple to use.

I like how easy it is to make guides with screenshots. After 20+ years experience in training others and having made training material the slow way (screenshots, edit the pic, type up instructions...) Tango makes this a breeze. I use it to make training materials for my clients and now to capture my own processes as I prepare to hire staff for my company. Even if I don't have time to touch up & organize the guides I make, I LOVE that Tango has a browser extension so I can just click a button and record my normal workflow on a task. It automates the screen capture AND instructions so later on I just need to review and provide tweaks.

Tango does a really good job of capturing the actual clicks made for navigating a web page or other desktop applications. The Guide Me feature is a very helpful browser integration that makes it very easy for end users to literally see what needs to be selected or performed.
