Systemware has come a long way in development since the beginning, and they have made many improvements along the way. My organization uses this software to store member documents and reports. This software provides an organizational repository for easy access. The UI is easy to use, and the software allows us to manage the access levels for users. It allows us to set retention dates for deletion. Reports are exportable and searchable. Systemware has been willing to listen to our feedback for what we need and has worked with us to help configure their software to meet those needs.
