Systemware's UI can be as intuitive or as technical as the end user chooses. Typically, we just give the users the basic 'getting started' directions which is suffice for a user to do their job. However, there are other users that have a nature to go above that and the UI tool provides a platform for that type of user to explore and advance at their own pace and discovery.
Technical Support for Systemware is second to none. I work with them often and you can tell they not only love their job, helping a customer, but treat the product as an ever changing and advancing asset to their product suite. They definitely show a desire to keep abreast of emerging technologies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To support Systemware from a customer standpoint, it can take multiple skillsets (end user functions, mainframe, web, linux, security, etc). Especially so when support involves installs, upgrades or problem resolution. So, the business customer needs to be inclusive/involve those that have these skillsets or have person familiar with these skills.
Enter Cabnit Cloud Hosting which can relieve the business customer of the weight of these skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
