Adept for Stellar Drawing Management and Support

I use Synergis Adept for managing drawings for Algoma Steel, and it's the best product to apply management workflows to a large amount of drawings. I really like the completeness of the product and the support, which is stellar. The initial setup was very easy. We've been with Synergis Adept for approximately 20 years, and it's still the best product, hands down.

Top Notch Customer Service

i was grandfathered into a Document management position at Toray and didn't know a thing about Adept until i was hired . I have a gift of being able to pick up and learn software so i wasn't worried. Everything from the Adept experience, the help desk, and my first System Upgrade these folks are top notch with customer service . they really want you to succeed. We recently in 2025 finished the install of our custom plugin and charlie and his team have been great to work with .
