There are a lot to love about Swit, but there are few standouts that I love
- The joining of messaging system and project management system really allows for an increase productivity of work. The fact that you do not have to switch to a different app when doing PM things is very convenient. The convenience is also amplified by the Tabs tab where you are able to work on Google docs right in the app.
- The ideas tab is a good way of making a note that is a bit too long to be a message on a channel, but is topo short to make a separate document for. We use this feature a lot just to jot down notes, or to take quick meeting notes.
- The Google Workspace integration is amazing, which especially works well as our team constantly shares data and documentation that lives on Google Drive. We no longer have to go to Google drive, but can search for the item we want, and drag and drop it to a channel
- The AI feature is great too. I personally use the Taskify and Summarize function a lot. The Taskify function seems to always get the Task name and checklist correctly, saving me a lot of time converting a message into a Task.
- Swit team is amazingly helpful and resourceful. They took the time to set our whole team up with an onboarding session so that we can get used to the Swit environment. In addition, they were very helpful when I had questions regarding the product, or was having trouble with some of the functionality. Their customer support is impeccable.
Overall, as the app that really lies in the center of our team, we use it constantly and everything goes through this app, and I cannot recommend it enough.
It's great that you can remind yourself of the tasks assigned to you with various attributes, and you can check the work of other team members together.
