I love how easy it is to navigate through their system. It’s also easy to explain to new hire employees.

It’s super easy to use and really well-organized. We started using it when we were only reviewing about 20–30 applicants a month, and it scaled with us as we grew. Their onboarding option is thr best I've seen. You can add videos, employee handbook, links, documents yo sign, etc. We also like the customization and resume reading functionility with applicantstacks. Other systems we tried looked nice but didn’t offer much flexibility, especially when it came to customizing our career page. ApplicantStack gave us more control without making things complicated.

I love the ease of tracking candidates and the traffic it brings to potential candidates.
