The designers have truly considered almost every possible combination of scenarios that you might want in your calendar set-up, and designed it so that they are all possible. They have provided detailed guidance on using every aspect of it. When I have a question, they are incredibly responsive. The free version is fully functional, and the pricing for upgrading (which allows auto-sync with my personal calendar) is well within what I'm able and willing to pay as a freelancer. No other service comes close in terms of affordability and power.
