Limelight, in general, is okay for small companies that are just starting up. It's simple, the UI looks fresh and clean compared to other CRM software out in the market. They did a great job of keeping things simple and straight-forward.

I like it because it is a fairly complete and easy-to-use tool, which makes it accessible to different workers, it is an e-commerce support designed to scale and increases your sales.

Limelight is good to keep track of payments for customers. I like how you can search via name, email and it will pull up all the orders for that customer. It is also easy to stop or start reoccurring charges and easily refund if necessary.
