I love how easy Stensul is to use. The UX is very intuitive and easy to navigate. They are always making improvements to the UX based on customer feedback. It integrates very easily with Marketo and SFDC. Uploading emails to your MAP is very simple. Their customer support is very quick to respond and help resolve any issues that come up.

I have to admit -- I was very skeptical at first. I've always had full control of my templates, my code. I was fast and could customize the template directly in the HTML. But Stensul proved me wrong. I can now be even faster. I realized I was wasting precious time being "hands on." And it's not like that's gone away--I can still edit the code however I want. But 99% of the time, that's not necessary, so why not simplify my life which in turns makes my stakeholders happy? Stensul lets me plug and play and build something within seconds. Literally. And it doesn't take me much longer to create something new or different, by playing around with the settings in each module, all of which we've designed in advance. Perhaps the best part is it's not only the perfect self-service solution for us, but because Stensul is SO easy, other teams can build the emails, given our team more time to focus on bigger, more time-consuming things like strategy and analytics. We also save time and effort without having to send tests for the sake of stakeholder review and approval. They can access the public previews on the fly! Furthermore, the Stensul support team has always been responsive and helpful, and they listen to our suggestions on how to improve the platform. I now regret that we didn't implement them sooner! We use it every day.
