I appreciate that StarCompliance makes activities more visible, transparent, and easy to follow for users. The system itself is good overall, and the back-up service is excellent. It's straightforward to use once you get used to it. The dashboards are becoming more helpful as they evolve, and we've been able to extract and build a good MI suite. The support in answering query tickets has been extremely efficient at all times. The dashboards and MI suite enable us to identify potential issues that require explanation or investigation more efficiently.

StarCompliance is most valuable in how it centralizes and standardizes employee compliance processes that would otherwise be fragmented across spreadsheets and email. Having personal trading, outside activities, gifts & entertainment, political contributions, and attestations in one system, combined with configurable workflows for pre-clearance and disclosures, makes the process far more consistent and audit-ready. It has meaningfully reduced manual follow-up and allowed us to focus more on reviewing risk rather than chasing submissions, while the reporting and dashboards give a clearer, more consolidated view of employee activity.

Easy to use and highly configurable. The support staff are knowledgeable and pleasant, and they seem genuinely committed to continuous improvement and to integrating new modules.
