I like that Spruce Health gives so much clarity on how to set up operations. It provides a lot of different options on how I can make it automated when someone contacts the company. The phone tree is really good, as well as the set time schedule on who would be contacted, based on the time of day, vacations, etc.

Ability to both have messaging and telehealth visits. Ability to collect payments using linked Stripe account. Generally high quality communications as long as both parties have adequate bandwidth. Easy to set up. Easy to have away messages. I essentially use this app daily.

It’s very easy to navigate, and I love that I can text, use the app and the browser for my telehealth sessions, and fax as well. I’ve been using it for years, and I wouldn’t choose any other company.
