One of SpinOne’s most helpful features is the main user dashboard. Rather than hunting through menus, I can quickly see app risks and run scans to flag potentially high-risk app installations. At the same time, I can monitor our storage usage, overall security posture, and data backups. Having all of this in one place saves me a lot of time because I can tell what needs attention at a glance. The onboarding process, customer support, and responsiveness to feedback have been exceptional. From our first meeting with a Spin rep, we uncovered more use cases than we expected, and they consistently focus on helping us achieve our company goals. Their responses to technical issues, feedback, and feature requests are fast and helpful, and the Spin team checks in regularly to see how things are going and what else they can do to support us.

We love Spin’s user-friendly interface, straightforward configuration, strong data and ransomware protection, and overall ease of use. My favorite feature is policy management. We set up policies that automatically back up all our users within specific organizational units and across all our shared drives, so there’s no admin intervention needed when adding or removing users or when creating new shared drives in Google Workspace. Our account manager, Daniel Hagedus, is a pleasure to work with and is highly knowledgeable about the product. He also made sure it met all our requirements. Onboarding was a breeze as well, thanks to Ani Mekhtikhanyan. She knows the system inside and out and is great about follow-up emails.
