the best thing about SOCi is the scheduling tool, it makes the process simple and less overwhelming. It was very easy to set up and link all of my accounts and I scheduled all my posts for the month. I check it every few days just to see how my posts performed throughout the week and thats very insightful

I like knowing where and when customer complaints come in so we can follow up with the team members
