What is most helpful about SOCi is that it is so easy to use. Very easy to train our on-site staff and very convenient for them to be able to post. Also, the reporting function is very helpful. We love that we can centralize all of our digital and social media communications under one roof. We use SOCi to update and monitor our Google Business Profiles, respond to reviews, post to social, and now we are adding their Survey component. So easy to manage everything from one platform.

Creating custom groups of locations was incredibly helpful and made post scheduling very easy. Also their feedback and customer service was always helpful.

Soci makes it easy to schedule my posts and to share to multiple platforms in one go! When ever I have a question on usability, their support team is always there to help. I use Soci on a weekly basis for all my posts. I must add that adding my social media platforms was seamless.
