Before we discovered Smoobu we had tried, and struggled with, 4 other vacation rental/channel managers. None of them worked, we seemed to spend more time trying to sort out problems than running our business, Smoobu just works.

Excellent customer service that responds quickly and actually cares! Software is affordable and robust enabling hosts to connect over 30 booking channels (including the majors like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Flipkey, HomeAway/VRBO, etc. There's also a messaging interface and a website widget/plugin.

The communication with Smoobu is wonderful. Not hard to get in touch with and no run around when asking about what you want.
