I like that you can get a free account and can still get good detailed information in Word. My one suggestion for improvement is if you can set a limit on the number of responses. The free account only allows 100 responses per month, so if you can set that limit ahead of time, it would make it so if they are not in the first 100 that participants do not waste their time.

Very simple interface - particularly easy to use for non-technical staff.
