In two words " On It".

I have never worked with a more efficient company. The easy access to the team, overnight fixes and quick responses has been so wonderful. I like the Help aspect the best .Espeically Sam. He never makes me feel stupid or silly for not understanding something.

Sam Smith - An Incredible Asset

Skedda is a great system - I think that's a given, however the distinction between a great product and a great experience is always customer service, and in this regard Sam Smith is likely one of Skedda's biggest assets. He is thorough, actually listens and ensures he understands what is being asked before jumping in with a response and his friendly efficiency ensures I will continue to use the service, as long as he is on board. I would highly reccommend that he is put in a position to train other customer service team members.
