Skedda is extremely user friendly, which made it easy for all employees to reserve workspaces. I also really appreciate the tags and reporting features that Skedda offers. I was able to easily limit access to certain spaces and send usage reports to our CEO. Additionally, the support team was very responsive to any support inquiries.

Skedda is a very user friendly product. Our employees had no issues learning how to use the application. It integrates well with MS Teams which is our primary collaboration software but is not limited to Teams which is helpful. The implementation went very smoothly and Patrick Cassidy (onboarding lead) was a pleasure to work with.

Skedda reps are knowledgable about their product and if there is anything they dont know they go away and find out in quick time. They are helpful and very responsive. The software is very customisable and there is support available to provide advice & guidance. The platform is very easy to use and was easy to implement. Skedda provides open access to the features it has recently brought to the system via its updates section which provides confidence that the software is going to be continually developed in the future and isn't going to be left behind by competitors. There are multiple different views for admin & users. Admin may prefer looking at the full days activities, whereas users only want to know their own activity. Potential to integrate with lots of different platforms is great!
