Simpo has been an extremely useful tool in improving the customer experience for my company.

The ability to pop in-app walkthroughs, surveys, and announcements are amazing. Our customers never have to leave our environment to get updates and access support information from our help center all in-app with Simpo. We are able to survey customers and get realtime feedback about their experience.

Useful but buggy and not always intuitive

Most things can be done intuitively and without a code release. Lots of functionality. Consolidation of so much functionality means there is just One place for user to interact with

Great Platform & Partnership with Simpo!

We've been using Simpo for 3+ years and found the platform and relationship with Simpo to be an invaluable addition to our support and onboarding/success options with multiple Neat software clients or versions.
