Outil Helpdesk, ITSM performant

SimplyDesk se distingue par son interface intuitive et sa facilité d’utilisation, ce qui permet une prise en main rapide. J’apprécie particulièrement la gestion efficace des tickets et des actifs IT, qui nous fait gagner un temps précieux au quotidien. Le support client est également très réactif et toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins. Enfin, le fait que ce soit un logiciel français apporte une vraie valeur ajoutée en termes de proximité et de conformité aux normes locales.

Best tool to manage customers through simplydesk

Simplydesk is the best tool to manage customers and also its helpful for me to manage the queries from clients. Simplydesk is easy to use to application. Very easy to implement, and easy to integrate with relevant softwares. Simplydesk have multiple features to use. I can now manage everything in my office with the help of simplydesk. I am using simplydesk frequently daily basis.
