I like this better than outlook. It is easy to use. It makes my job easier. I would use this at home if I had access to it.

I love the ability to create customizable calendars from any custom object in Salesforce. The ability to easily drag and drop on it's interface saved me tons of time. Finally, the ability to overlay with other calendars made this tool a very simple integration.

I love being able to use the calendar view for past, current and upcoming marketing campaigns. It's also great to be able to color code different categories. It was a great way to put campaigns into a digestible view for other departments to see what we were doing. We didn't use it for other objects, but it was awesome that you could use it to see Opportunities closing, or other custom objects via date as well. I always wanted to scale it out to that but didn't get there before leaving the company I was with at the time.
