I love the ability to create customizable calendars from any custom object in Salesforce. The ability to easily drag and drop on it's interface saved me tons of time. The only thing I didn't like was the pricing. Make sure your team really uses this product to justify the cost. If you go through proper implementation, it should be a no brainer. I love being able to use the calendar view for past, current and upcoming marketing campaigns. It's also great to be able to color code different categories. It was a great way to put campaigns into a digestible view for other departments to see what we were doing.

We didn't use it for other objects, but it was awesome that you could use it to see Opportunities closing, or other custom objects via date as well. This application has a slew of configuration that can be achieved through customized extensions in visualforce, however it's poorly documented and incomplete. An implementation I was a part of required working directly with the product contact at Silverline to achieve the functionality I needed.
