In the process of developing our online shop, implementing Shopware 6 has been a relativly smooth process overall. The platform offers comprehensive documentation and a well-structured interface, which helped us get started without too many obstacles. Shopware 6´s API-first approach makes integrations with third-party systems straightforward and efficient. Whether connecting to payment gateways, CRM systems, or other essential tools, we found the process to be relativly seamless. The flexibility of the platform allows for custom integrations when needed, which is a significant advantage for a business of our size. While some integrations required additional development effort, the platform´s adaptability ensured that we could connect everything we needed to run our operation smoothly. Another standout feature is the excellent customer support and the massive, active community. Whenever we’ve hit a roadblock, the customer support has been there to provide advice and share solutions, which has been invaluable. It's reassuring to know that we're not navigating this alone.
