After years of trudging through various shop management applications over my many years working in shops, I've finally found a gem in ShopView. ShopView is so easy to use, we literally just logged in and were off and running. Everything is where you would expect it to be so you don't have to click around blindly while your customer is waiting. Making a work order is fast and when saving jobs we do all the time we can build a work order faster than any other program we have tried. Our service advisors love that they can edit tech stories with AI so the finished invoice is professional without having to worry about missing something. ShopView’s customer support team deserves special mention for their responsiveness and expertise. Really looking forward to their QuickBooks integration!
