This software is awesome, especially for the price. For a low cost, you get incredible insight that not only helps you market to your customers better but service your existing clients better. The AI gives you the knowledge you need to know the ideal time to email literally anyone. It is great!

The Seventh Sense is one of those products that, when I first saw it (er, well, the concept of it) I said to myself: "yep, I want that". As a marketing professional, I'm constantly being bombarded with products that solve a ton of different problems - usually problems that I've either already solved, don't, have, or can solve another way. The Seventh Sense made me realize I had a problem, and that it could solve it for me. Being able to automate email sends for the best time for each individual contact is a game changer. My click through rates have gone through the roof in a short period of time. Where I was once averaging 1% click, I'm now getting 3%-6%. Seriously.

Quick, easy set-up. The customer service has been great, quick response time. We just started using it last week but the user interface is straightforward and very simple to learn, and the analytics are digestible and actionable.
