I use their predictive filters, allowing me to show passive talent who are more likely to be open to new opportunities, which means my conversion ratios on finding new talent have gone up dramatically. I am placing more candidates as a result!!! :) Also worth mentioning is that there are special filters where I can search for people who have been a veteran and via other diversity filters, which is game-changing as I have not seen any other platform give me results like this.
