Simplified User Experience with Enhanced Security
The biggest upside to Secret Double Octopus is the user experience. This tool is not only easy to manage, maintain, and implement, but it's easy for our end-users to work with. Once a user is onboard with the solution, you almost never hear back from the end-user (a good problem to have). Not to mention that SDO checks off the box for every security concern we have. The proprietary method they used for authentication has impressed leadership at every level within our company.

It is easy to set it up. It's an authenticator that works with my mobile phone without any password. It tells me the application I am accessing so I know it is allowing me to access the correct application. I especially like that extra bit of information.
