This software is such an improvement over trying to combine written instructions with screenshots and trying to organize them into useful information. I use this with my non-accounting clients (business owners, exec assistants, etc.) to help them learn how to enter their own data in various programs, rather than having to pay our firm to do it. This helps free up our CAS services staff to enable us to serve more clients successfully.
It is super easy to use, the output is spot on every time and in different scenarios, and it really helped me share some workflows and best practices with my team, accelerating onboarding and training of new team members.
