It's amazing. I don't think I have ever used a software platform that does absolutely everything that I want it to do. 100% of the times my race co-director and I say to ourselves "oh, can we do XYZ on runsignup?" the answer is "yes." I haven't found something that runsignup cannot do yet. It does everything: filtering reports, sending email, importing contacts from past events, sending special "VIP" registration links that can be used even if an event is at is participant cap. Love it
