What do you like best about RunSignup?

It's amazing. I don't think I have ever used a software platform that does absolutely everything that I want it to do. 100% of the times my race co-director and I say to ourselves "oh, can we do XYZ on runsignup?" the answer is "yes." I haven't found something that runsignup cannot do yet. It does everything: filtering reports, sending email, importing contacts from past events, sending special "VIP" registration links that can be used even if an event is at is participant cap. What do you dislike about RunSignup?

Can be hard to find the option you're looking for. But that's because this app does literally everything; there's just a lot of menus because of that. I will say that I've been stuck without being able to sync my bank account for direct deposit for 2 years, so they mail me a check instead. It's only a problem on 1 of 2 races we manage on runsignup. Easy to use

What do you like best about RunSignup?

What I like best about RunSignup is the responsiveness of the team. Whenever I have a questions, I receive a very quick and easy to understand response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RunSignup solving and how is that benefiting you?

RunSignup is a simple way to handle our family fun run! The platform maintains all of our contact records and is easy to import and export data from. Additionally, the platform makes it easy to see how many years a participant has been engaged in our event and it also handles all of the credit card processing which is great. The email tool is intuitive and makes it easy to send and schedule emails to all of the participants, past participants and more. I receive a nightly report of the registrations that have taken place as well as the donations, right in my email box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
