The most helpful thing about Rosterfy is to be able to update some features in bulk and send personal and individual emails to a specific group of people. These features save a lot of time and are a clear upside of using Rosterfy. Another helpful thing about Rosterfy is that it has allowed us to stop needing to input information in multiple spreadsheets and save them in different folders. All the information from the staff that we need is now all in one place: Rosterfy.

It is a great system to replace endless spreadsheets for volunteer data, saving time and making communications easier! The end user (volunteer) interaction is relatively smooth if they have reasonable IT skills.
