Best tool to change,build,deploy and integrate legacy code

|Rocket Net Express / Server Express (formerly a Micro Focus product)
1. Easy to use GUI for legacy developers where they can visualise code in better way and hence increasing code readability and also reducing errors 2. Standard code templates make beginners life easy 3. Easy to change and build code 4. Features like WSDL creation and testing with inbuilt tool is super 5. Debug and monitor field will increase development productivity

Micro Focus RM/COBOL

|Rocket RM/COBOL (formerly a Micro Focus product)
Micro Focus RM COBOL is a good alternate to the legacy mainframes servers. Its same as legacy COBOL with no major difference in syntax and semantics that made it easily portable on Unix and Linux platform.

Microfocus COBOL Review

|Rocket Visual COBOL (formerly a Micro Focus product)
Microfocus COBOL is same as legacy COBOL but it does provide an IDE environment which is easy to work with. It's an English like language that makes it very easy to understand and still widely used with mainframes system using microfocus with Unix servers
