Strategy alignment, but feature overload

I like the way you can see how a goal goes from the highest level, all the way down to a teammate's individual goal. Cascading a strategy down, and keeping the visibility throughout.

Long time user, always learning something new

What I like most about Rhythm is that it keeps me focused on what's important, provide visibility to leaders and teammates on my progress and ensures that my cross-functional teams are aligned with my priorities and vice versa. I also love that have Rhythm consultants join our Week In Syncs to help ensure we are aligned on success criteria and using the platform to it's fullest.

A unique system that drive focus and accountability in the business

|Rhythm
It allows us to focus on what is important in the business and structure our meetings around that. At each meeting, we have a snapshot of how we're doing against our targets and lets us find and prioritize the issues we need to put energy into. It takes little effort to fill it in and allows a large overview to be quickly visible.
