Rhythm allows companies to status their goals in a way that is marginally better than a spreadsheet.

The UI is nice. The green/yellow/red statusing is nice. Having automatic projection/actual status calculations is a good idea. Being able to tie tasks to the goals and link parent and child goals is useful. The onboarding team provides a high level of service. I do strongly believe that Rhythm is a little better than their competitors that have similar functionality.
