At first I was worried about how it would be implemented and get it to fit into my routine. I found it very easy to use and navigate, and it was a simple adjustment to my routine. I think within 6 months it was fully integrate across key stakehoders. I like that it helps keep me on track with my individual goals. I also like that I can develop my goals based on the organizations goal. Making this a great tool to assure all deparments across the organization are on the same page. We have this as a set meeting for our team on a weekly basis. This time allows us to review and provide best practices to help us meet our goals.
