I like that no matter where you are, all you need is the software, the internet, and a phone, and you are ready to call and text your customers!

Texting! The ability to text and receive texts from our customers is fantastic! People are super busy these days, so being able to communicate over text is highly beneficial in the industry I am in. I also love the voicemail drop option, as leaving voicemails can take hours out of your week - but not anymore with voicemail drops!

I love the app's usability and how it allows me to be connected anywhere, whether that be at the office or in the car.
