This is the best tool to make calls and I have been using this tool for like a year now and I have never faced any issue while making and receiving calls from my customer. I am working in this customer service for a long time now but I have never seen any tool smooth and easy to use. I would like to say that I use this application to make calls and receive calls the best part is we can save all our customer's information in this application and we don't have to download the application we can just use the extension with the google chrome and we can use it to make calls. I would also like to say that on this application we can make international calls without even paying extra for it.

What I enjoy about the RingDNA application is the ease of use. The application setup was smooth; I can't rave enough of the superb support I've had setting up the product and becoming an "expert" at doing things for my team at my company. Whenever we had a request of some custom functionality, I never felt like I was an afterthought. The team was ALWAYS willing to respond and set up a time to troubleshoot or answer my questions.

Very user-friendly and useful. Never had any issues using it. It's efficient and i love all the features a lot. It's easy to make and receive calls, all the options are self understood. Best software to communicate, very well designed for every basic requirements in Customer support
