ringDNA is fast and convenient. It puts all your work at ease. The calling experience is superb and it is easy to handle the queue using this software. The best part is ringDNA does not require any product training unlike most of the other softwares. It is different than the traditional calling softwares.

It's a very good software extension with a lot of features! I personally like the local presence option a lot which helps me to connect to the client faster.
