The customer support! ringDNA is always available to help with any issues and requests from our team, whether it be new features or coaching in how to better use the product. ringDNA is easy to use, specifically when it comes to creating sequences. I love the ability to customize your experience; like the fields displayed in the dialer and based on user profile. Overall ringDNA is a great sales enablement tool!

When I first used RingDNA, I had already fallen in love with the app. We used another platform before, but RingDNA made it easier for us to call our clients. I love the texting message capability. I also love when I can automatically leave a voicemail to my client, where I don`t need to repeat myself over and over again. I also love that the RingDNA is already linked on our salesforce, wherein we don`t need to go to salesforce to update it; we can update the leads directly to our RingDNA. You can also listen to your customer voicemail. You can also create a task in RingDNA where it will remind you of your callbacks.
