This software is very convenient and looks professional. It has got excellent features to manage the workflow. The main highlighting feature of this software/application is the performance and compatibility. It is compatible with all browsers. I would like to share that the call management is super-smooth and easy to handle. They regularly update the application so that you get a good experience.

I like how is everything is easily accessible either in Sales Force or Ring DNA... Not too much searching for communication from one CSR to the next it truly is a great tool :)
