It's very reliable. It rarely suffers from any technical hiccups, and if it does, they are resolved quickly. Updates, metrics, etc, are done in real-time. It's a very intuitive system. I've had no issues with the tool and for someone who uses it constantly throughout the day it's a relief to work with such a consistent app.

While we do not experience many issues using the service, we receive incredibly prompt results in resolutions to the few we do run into.
