Revenue.io is easy to use, is extremely helpful when reviewing calls for compliance and training, and makes it easy to find the student's account in Salesforce. I also like the upgraded add-on of Conversation AI, which gives a transcript. That makes it very easy to identify areas of the call that need attention.

It communicates well with other programs, as I use in Salesforce, Google, etc. If there is an Dept. issue it is communicated to us quickly and resolved fast.

I love being able to search for specific keywords and phrases that I want to hear in calls as well as those I don't want to hear to ensure correct process.
