I like the ability to export the product catalog so that I can create a quote tool using excel.

I have been using this product for over 15 years. I purchased it as a perpetual license and paid support. A few years ago, Tigerpaw decided they wanted to be a SaaS product, which they are not. They forced us into a per-user pricing model and gave us a "loyalty" discount. With the discount applied we were paying more than our typical support but not much more. Two years later, when they send a renewal quote, the pricing is now 3x more. Our company still hosts the application; we maintain the servers, bandwidth, and application in-house. They told me their price was not competitive with the market, and this is why they tripled it. Two months before we need to renew. This is not a SaaS product its old technology they want to sell as a SaaS product.

I always feel like they are not just a vendor but a stakeholder in our organization. Their team views my company issues as their issues and they are consistently going well beyond normal efforts to fix our issues 3. Rev.io listens. If you have a suggestion their team will try to make those improvements or make the effort to show you alternatives that can work for your organization and if you've got a great idea....they will take it and work to standardize and bring to their environment.
